Selling my 1977 Dodge Apache motorhome

The time has come to sell the Apache.

This morning, I woke up this morning at 6:30am thinking "Okay, I need to do something about the Apache." I began looking online to research a fair price. Then the phone rang at 7:30am. It was the campground where I've been storing the Apache for the last 2 years. They have an interested buyer! Start the Twilight Zone music. Doo doo doo doo, doo doo doo doo. Coincidence?

I'm just putting this up here in case the deal falls through because you never know who's out there looking for a collector's item like this beautiful Apache.

Only thing that needs replacing - one of the dually tires (which was a spare replacement):

Good condition (lots of TLC) 1977 Dodge Apache Class C motorhome. 23 foot, 360 Dodge engine, Cocahman chassis. Rear side door entrance into kitchen. Bathroom off kitchen (toilet, sink, shower head). Living room w/sofa bed and dinging area in main cabin.

Well-cared for, clean, cozy and secure. Because I drove it for over a year solo, I kept it in top shape, buying a new factory rebuilt engine from the Dodge dealer, a new alternator and starter. Was diligent about getting it serviced.

Everything works including fridge, overn, 4 burner stove, double sink in kitchen, hot water heater, water pump, tanks. Engine starts right up even after sitting in storage.

Asking Price: $3900
