Did a little baking with NG. Went for a gluten-free recipe in The Best-Ever Wheat- And Gluten-Free Baking Book by Mary Ann & Mace Wenninger and found a variation of Nestle Tollhouse cookies using Tapioca and Rice flours.
The result? Tasty. A little powdery versus creamy but buttery and a good flavor overall. You never know with gluten free baking.
What are your favorite gluten-free baking recipes?
I am going to have to buy that book so I can start cooking gluten free. Then I will comment again with my favorite recipe.
