It is indeed a good thing that your former business partner has been left to carryon with his manipulative delusions... it will catch up with him one day. Women seem to tend toward a lower self estimation than men ~our egos are certainly structured differently from an early age. Truth however, has a way of leveling the playing field. Truth is much easier to work with in the long run; no pesky regrets to figure out. :o)

I totally agree on what women tend to do - reduce themselves to fit a partner (usually but not always men).

Truth sets you free, hands down. I prefer being free than in the chains of lies.

Lies are like baggage. The older I get the less I care to carry any of it around with me. So I say abandon it. Visualize what happens to unattended luggage at international airports. They call the security team, take the baggage out to the farthest area of the tarmac and blown it up. (Now that's security). Stick to check-on luggage...those really little lies you can't avoid. You know, the "Honey, the dinner you made was great!" kind of lies.

As for the past, I had no idea that you were pressured like that. As one who has known and admired you since the mid-90's, you were and continue to be a "Young Hot Geek Girl."

I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not.

I am an "Old Hot Geek Girl" and proud of it. (And I love your pink hair)

So glad you are truthful about your age! Now I can go back to being your YOUNGER sister!
